REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: REalaciones The Cultural Council offers five scholarships for study in various fields (except medicine and dentistry) graduate, postgraduate and research in universities and educational institutions in India. Candidates must have an appropriate level of English and, accordingly certify the completion of a course taught in English.
