TARGET: Have English nationality or any of the Member States of the European Unióm and signatory States to the European Economic Area. Possession of formal academic qualifications that are listed in each of the kinds of scholarship or equivalent foreign securities approved by the Ministry of Education on the date the deadline for submission of applications. People who are not English nationals must have a perfect domain, spoken and written English the official language.
DEADLINE: The filing deadline is fifteen days from the day following the publication of this Order in the Official State Bolentín.
